These roles are essential for ensuring project delivery on budget, on schedule, and in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates have a proven track record in infrastructure projects and a strong understanding of alternative contract delivery models, especially Progressive Design-Build (PDB).

Professional Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)

• CCM (Certified Construction Manager)

• PE (Professional Engineer)

• AIA (Architect Certification by the American Institute of Architects) or equivalent architectural certification.

• Experience with Public Agencies: Knowledge of working with WSDOT, Sound Transit, King County, SDOT, Port of Seattle, or similar organizations. Additional Assets: Familiarity with FTA requirements, environmental permitting processes, and related standards.​
