Chad Bitar brings nearly 20 years of international experience leading project controls and project management for complex infrastructure, transportation, industrial, and building programs across the United States, Canada, the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. Throughout his career, Chad has led multidisciplinary teams and managed project controls, commercial management, digital delivery, and program governance for major capital programs ranging from large infrastructure projects to multi-billion-dollar giga-programs. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, with expertise in cost and schedule management, earned value management, change management, risk, reporting, and PMIS implementation. Chad has held leadership roles on programs including Saudi Arabia’s Diriyah Gate II, New Murabba, NEOM’s THE LINE, major Saudi Aramco developments, Highway 407 in Canada, and GDOT’s SR 400 Express Lanes Project in Atlanta. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, establishing effective project controls and reporting frameworks, and using technology and data to give clients greater visibility into project performance and support informed decision-making.
